Service as It Should Be
In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. We will accept only the return of items that are damaged. Returned items must continue to meet all other existing returns acceptance criteria set out such as the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included, when accompanied by an original The Kaimono Space receipt/invoice. Returned items must not be washed, worn or altered.
Please send an e-mail to us showing the pictures of the item(s) that has the damage shown clearly as soon as you received the product(s). If approved by us, The Kaimono Space will shoulder the return shipping fees.
We do not accept returns of underwear, custom-made, face masks, engraved or personalized items or Clearance Items.
Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s). The credit should appear on your next bank statement. You should receive an e-mail confirming the completion of the return processing. All returns must be returned within 30 days from the day the order was shipped. The Kaimono Space does not accept returns of exchanges for merchandise purchased from other retailer.
CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
